A customer contacted us for some new batteries and a strap to be fitted. These watches were sent to us easily via recorded delivery which made it much easier for our customer who didn’t have to go searching around town for a watch repairer.

They sent us a Henry HL39-S-0134 88, a Swatch Irony and a Lorus Y121-X128. Once received we sent the customer pictures of straps for them to choose and advised cleaning and polishing the watches to give that extra finish. They decided to go for all the repairs and we completed everything in under a week then returned the watches to the customer. A nice easy and quick service for them.
