This MKORS watch was sent in to us after the customer found us online and spoke with a technician. Initially it was sent to us as the watch was not keeping time so we had estimated for a Service. As you can see from the first photo the dial was cracked and falling apart.

After speaking with the customer the decision was made to replace the dial at a discounted cost as they were having other work complete. These specific dials are a natural material and therefore Michael Kors cannot supply the exact same looking dial so we sourced the new dial and fitted for this customer. All this was explained in advance so the knew what to expect.

This watch was received on the 4/7/21 and back on the customers wrist on the 13/7/21. We offer our services to the whole of the UK and at affordable prices.
