This vintage Rolex watch was sent to our Leicester workshop by this customer and then collected in person from our new Peterborough repair store in Queensgate shopping centre. The customer had initially found us online and did a bit of research and was happy with the great reviews and customer feedback.

We tailored our service to suit the customers’ requirements. This meant a full service of the internal movement and a light clean to the externals as they wanted to keep the worn look for sentimental reasons.

We were able to complete this repair in less than 3 weeks meaning the customer had the watch well before the expected completion date.

Once serviced we issue an 18 month guarantee but this customer should expect years and years of great timekeeping.
