Rotary watch Avenger GS02877/04 (14653) in for a new glass and a new strap from Criccieth, Gwynedd.

This Rotary Avenger watch was in for a new glass and a new strap after we spoke to the customer online.

Once assessed at the workshop it was found that using generic parts rather than the manufacturer parts would drop the price for the repair as well as the completion time. The manufacturer, like many others, have been struggling with the Lockdown rules. However, our part suppliers have had little to no impact and we can source parts very quick. This also gave the customer the opportunity to modify the watch in a way they could get a preferred design. Specifically we lowered the profile of the glass meaning it would not catch on objects as much and will lesson the chance of a knock or a bang.

The repairs were complete in less than a week and the watch was returned to the customer.
