Rotary watch 4424 in for clasp repair, battery, glass and clean from Uddingston, Glasgow
This old Rotary watch was in the service centre for a clasp repair initially, the customer had found us online and after a brief chat decided to send the watch in for repair. We assessed the watch and confirmed that all replacement parts were obsolete so the only option would be to custom make a new clasp to fit that was as close as possible. We also recommended a new glass and a battery at the same time.
You can see from the picture the glass was in an awful condition and changing it made all the difference. We also decided to clean the rest of the externals of the watch free of charge to give it a clean finish.
Once the watch repair was complete we ran it through a quality control test and returned to the customer. All this was done in less than 7 days and returned to the customer with an 12 month guarantee.
