This customer took advantage of our home collection service. The watch was collected and the new straps ordered (the customer decided to order a spare as they have had so many problems trying to find them). These straps are no longer available from the manufacturer. However, Watch Hub are able to source replacements that are made specifically for this model and made from the same materials as the original.
A few weeks and this customer had their watch back.
