This was one of two watches that this customer had sent in to our Servcie centre for repair. One of the watch hands was sticking and could not be moved. We advised a Service to rectify the issue and also a new crown as the one on the watch was defective and not sealing the case correctly. As a compliment with the service we also gave the case and bracelet clean and polish and it looked great.
