A glass replacement on this Accurist watch was complete in less than a week. The customer found us online and sent the watch in. I looked like the glass had been damaged by not using the correct tools or method to replace the case back.
The watch also needed servicing as the glass fragments had got into the movement, we were able to complete this repair promptly.
