All service work is guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months.

Swiss watches have an extended 18 month guarantee

The majority of watches need servicing at some point in their lives and some need regular servicing to ensure they run correctly. Whether it’s a maintenance service or a service to rectify damage, we complete a comprehensive repair whenever a watch is serviced. We complete Quartz and Mechanical watch servicing.

What’s involved?

Quartz watches - We will disassemble your watch and repair or replace any defective components. If necessary, we may replace the entire movement of the watch depending on the severity of the issue. Required parts are oiled correctly before the movement is put back together. We will also fit a new battery and re-seal the watch once complete. Your watch will then be tested for water resistance and timing. While the watch is being repaired, we will also clean the externals of the watch to give it a fresh look.

Mechanical watches - We will completely strip the movement of the watch down to its individual components. We will clean, repair or replace all defective parts internally. Where replacement components are not available, we will try to source tailor-made parts to fit your watch. When the watch is reassembled we apply the correct types oil to the movement for lubrication. Mechanical servicing will always be completed by a trained watchmaker. Your watch will be time tested to ensure accuracy and tested for water resistance. We will clean and polish the watch to make it sparkle.

All watches vary and different repairs and procedures may be applied depending on the watch requirements and the brand. We will always aim to complete the repair to the correct standard based on the manufacturers specifications.
