This Animal watch arrived into the repair centre because the analogue module was not working correctly. Parts for these watches are hard to come by and very costly when you find them. We set out to repair the watch. As the digital section was still working we tried a mini service to see if the watch would spring into action and it did, for 6 hours or so. This just wasn’t good enough.
We were determined to get this watch working and found a replacement T250 movement online for just short of £100 as a last resort we kept this in mind. We did manage to find a T240 for much less and when it arrived it was clear the difference was to do with the digital section and the analoge module internally was and exact match for the T250. We set about removing the required components and combining them to the remaining working parts. It was a success and we were able to keep the cost down and get the watch back to the customer where it belonged.
This watch now has a 12 month guarantee and was still complete within a week.
