A quality Breitling Aerospace watch in for repair from a repeat customer. They initially asked about a crown repair as there was a defect and it kept coming off.
Once the watch arrived in the workshop and was assessed there was evidence of a previous poor quality repair as the battery clamp was on incorrect and there were internal parts missing. It was extremely lucky that when the case back had previously been attached it did not cause any further damage.
