This iconic Breitling watch was brought in to our Peterborough store because it had stopped working. The customer also explained the quick change function for the digital section was also not working.
We set to work, we assessed the watch while the customer waited and advised that all issues would be resolved with the correct battery and reseal procedure. We fit a Swiss made battery, cleaned the case and the case back and applied a new gasket coated in a specialist silicone grease. We also remove the crown and stem, cleaned it and re applied using the same grease. The watch is now working perfectly and fully sealed.
This process was complete within the hour and the customer was able to return after they finished their shopping.
