This Casio watch was sent in to us by a customer who found us online. They took advantage of our postal watch repair service as they did not have a local repair agent.
The customer had tried to have a repair complete previously that was not successful and during the process the internals of the watch had become damaged. We offered 3 different options for the repair for the customer to choose. These included a cheap option to get the watch running up to a full service to the watch.
The customer made their decision and we ordered the necessary parts from the manufacturer.
