This Gucci watch arrived into the service centre as it was not functioning after the battery was changed. The screen was stuck with all the screen having all the characters showing. This is an indication that a circuit module internally is faulty. We advised a service and the customer also wanted the strap replacing for a different colour. This was no problem.

Once complete this watch now has an 18 month gurantee for all the work.
