Gucci watch repair 1500L in for Service and a new case back after having water inside from Darton, Barnsley.
This Ladies 1500L Gucci watch was sent in to us after the back had fallen off and gone missing. The customer spoke to our technician and decided to send the watch in for repair.
We assessed the watch and it was obvious that water had entered the watch and rusted everything. We called the customer and worked out the best option for them without having to send the watch away for weeks and weeks. They were happy to proceed.
We set to work. We ended up replacing the movement, crown, stem and fit a replacement case back for this customer. We had to perform some delicate dial cleaning to remove the rust and as you can see from the photo it looks great.
We saved this customer £100’s and also had the repair complete it less than a week. Great results all round.
