This customer’s beloved Klaus Kobec watch arrived in for repair after they contacted us via the live chat function on our website. They were initially asking for a glass and new bracelet but we felt we could complete an effective repair without the need to replace the bracelet. We reshaped and repaired the damaged parts so we could keep the cost as low as possible for this customer.
We removed the damaged glass and fitted a new mineral crystal and whilst we were inside the watch we fit a brand new battery.
Once complete these watches are tested for water resistance and time keeping and then returned to the customers with a 12 month guarantee.
