Lorus Titanium watch VX42 X095 in for a new glass and service from St Ives, Cambridge.

This customer found our services online after having an accident where the crown and stem was pulled out of the watch. We advised the customer to send the watch in for assessment and the most probable outcome would be the watch having to be serviced.

Once the watch arrived in to the workshop we were able to re-engage the crown and stem and the watch started to tick again. Nice and simple. We advised the customer of this but they decided the watch still needed a service due to its age, we also agreed this was a good idea. We also fit a new glass to the watch as it was marked and scratched. After fitting the glass and giving the externals a good clean the watch was ready for testing, which it passed with flying colours.

The customer made payment through PayPal and the watch was parceled up and sent back. All one within 5 days. Quick and easy service for this customer.
