Michael Kors Smart watch in for new case back from Glenrothes, Fife.
This Michael Kors smart watch had a very unusual issue. A part of the case back had fallen off and been lost, the customer had continued to wear it but realized it was not ideal. The customer actually contacted us a few times although not realising we were the same company each time. It was clear they were intent on finding a resolve.
We advised that this was more than likely a manufacturer only repair because of the part and the issue. However, the price for the repair meant it was not a viable option. We knew we needed to find an alternative otherwise this customer was going to have to look for a new watch. We found the simplest solution, we fit a glass onto the back. Quick, simple and reasonably priced. Lots of other watch repairers would have given up and washed their hands of the issue, not us.
The customer was more than happy with the resolve and can continue to wear this watch, we also gave the watch a clean and it looked much better.
