Michael Kors watch MK 8157 in for a new glass, battery and clean from Galasheils, Seckirkshire.

A Michael Kors watch in black arrived into the service centre for a new glass, battery and a clean. The watch had received a knock and it had caught the glass as the glass sits proud from the bezel. We advised the customer fit a new thinner glass to avoid this problem in the future, this option will still be as strong and durable but takes away the catching issue. The customer agreed and was happy with the solution.

The work was complete in under a week and we kept the watch on an extended test as it had been knocked. We also tested the watch for water resistance as it was now resealed. The watch passed all test with flying colours and was ready to be worn again.

The new glass and clean gave the watch a new lease of life after being sat in a drawer for so long.
