Michael Kors watch repair MK2391 111501 in for new strap, battery, stones and clean from Welwynhatfield, Hertfordshire.
This customer found us online. We estimated the repair cost after a brief conversation, they decided to send the watch in to the workshop for repair.
Once received we were able to confirm the repairs required and the original estimate was still valid. We also offered to clean the inside of the watch as there was condensation on the underside of the glass.
We ordered the strap from our supplier and cut to fit the watch exact.
We completed this repair and the watch was on its way back to the customer in less the 2 weeks
