This lovely little Raymond Weil watch arrived into the workshop via the postal repair service we offer. The customer had made contact through the website and spoke with a technician. They had been unsuccessful trying to locate a local repair agent with the lockdown restrictions in place so out postal service was exactly what they needed.
The assessment was completed and as usual the initial details given over the phone were correct with no other surprises. We offered a new strap as the old one was split and work and the customer was happy to have one ordered. The watch arrived on Saturday and was back in the post by Tuesday. Easy and convenient.
