A lovely and unusual Rohan watch arrived in with a damaged bracelet. We assessed the watch and made a repair to the bracelet. However, the watch failed our in house Quality control checks and we were not happy with the end result of the bracelet repair so spoke to the customer who decided to have a new strap fitted.
