A very well used Rolex Explorer in for repair. This watch has had a good life and has been used as a daily wear for many years. This customer was recommended to us by a friend. After a brief chat on the phone the customer was happy to send the watch in for repair. We received it the very next day.
After an assessment instore we spoke with the customer who decided to have a few different repairs complete and to bring the watch back to life with a polish to the externals. The results were fantastic as you can see from the photos.
We completed the whole repair in just 1 day and had it back on its way to the customer ready to wear.
The watch now has a new look and the customer was thrilled. All the work we completed has an 18-month guarantee but should last them many many years.
