Rolex Oyster perpetual Datejust in for Clasp repair micro welding and polishing from Twickenham, Middlesex.
A very well worn Rolex watch sent to the Service centre for repair. This customer has used us previously for other repairs and needed some help with this watch. Initially it had been sent in as the clasp had a snapped fitting. We advised the necessary repair and also recommended and clean and polish to the watch as it was looking a bit worse for wear. The customer was more than happy to proceed.
We micro welded the clasp back together using specialist techniques and equipment to get a clean finish, we then set to work on the polish. The entire watch has to be disassembled to complete the polishing. We use hand and machine polishing techniques to complete and get the desired effect.
We are particularly happy with the results on this repair as not only does it look fantastic but we were able to save the customer 100’s of £’s.
The watch now has a new look and the customer was thrilled.
