Tissot chrono - T116617A watch for battery and reseal.

This Tissot watch was received on Saturday and back on the customer’s wrist by Tuesday. It came in to us through the post from the Bristol area. The batteries were running down too quick. We opened the watch to find it had the wrong size battery inside likely causing a connection issue, it also was not clean and fingerprints all over the movement. We fitted the correct size battery and sealed the watch to ensure no contamination can enter, once complete the watch is tested for water resistance and issued with an 18 month guarantee.

This customer was expecting a bill for a Service. We made sure we gave the correct repair and saved the customer a fair bit of money in the process.
