This watch was sent in using our postal service for a battery, reseal and a new strap to be fitted. The customer found us online and after a brief chat decided to send the watch in for repair. Upon assessment it was clear the telephone conversation had covered all the repair needs and a quick confirmation was all that was needed. We sent the customer pictures of all straps available and it was a straight forward process to select and order. Once the strap arrived it was fitted the same day and the watch was parcelled up and ready to return to the customer.

Nice and easy for the customer without the hassle of searching the town for a repair agent.
