Watch clasp repair/Crown repair in from Weston-super-Mare, Bristol, Somerset.

This watch was sent in to us from Weston-super-Mare for a clasp repair and a crown repair. The deployment clasp would not hold the strap closed and the crown kept coming off.

We completely deconstructed the clasp to make necessary repairs and replace the springs. After reshaping the clasp was working to an acceptable standard.

When trying to set the time the crown would come off in your hand. We removed the crown and stem and cleaned them. We secured the crown to the stem using an epoxy resin, this ensures the crown remains on the watch for the duration of its life.
