Bell & Ross BR 126-94-SC-17678 Limited edition, in for a case/pusher repair from Glasgow.

This watch was sent in to us for a pusher repair. The customer had contacted us after his dog had got hold of the watch that resulted in a knock, and they’re supposed to be man’s best friend. The customer has forgiven the dog and we have repaired the watch so it now ticks happily.

Initially the customer had taken the watch to a local watch repairer who was unable to help and suggested a service, this can be time consuming a costly so after talking with the customer we advised a pusher repair. Once we received the watch and completed the assessment it was clear the watch needed a little more attention as it had also stopped ticking. We removed the pushers and cleaned them to make sure they functioned correctly. We performed a minor repair to the movement to make it tick once again. A much quicker and cheaper alternative to the Service work that they were told had to be completed, our work was finished in two days and returned to the customer.

We have issued an 12 month guarantee so if the customer needs any further repairs during this period we will deduct what they have already paid from that work.
