Casio Pro Trek PRG-80T-7V repair. Push buttons sticking and ‘open’ on display. Watch repair from Fulham, London.

This all singing all dancing Casio Pro Trek was sent into our workshop repair centre from a customer in London. They had previously sent the watch to two other repair agents (One was Casio direct) and been told on both occasions there was no solution for repair. We knew we had to rise to the occasion.

After a brief assessment over the phone we were confident we could resolve the issue. The screen was stuck with ‘OPEN’ appearing on the display and none of the buttons worked. These issues ae very common for us at Watch Hub and we know exactly how to fix them. Casio’s are our specialty as we repair so many.

We removed all the pushers from the case and cleaned everything, fitted new springs and seals then set about reassembling. All was good and we completed the quality control test which passed with flying colours.

The watch was repaired within hours of receiving it and ready to go back to the customer.
