Guess Collection watch I53001G1/10 in for a new clasp, battery, seal and clean from Blackwood, Glasgow.

This Swiss made Guess Collection watch was sent in by a customer who found our website through Google. They had the watch in the drawer and forgot about it. They decided to look for a repairer and couldn’t find anyone local. After speaking with a Watch Hub technician it was decided that the best option was to send it in for an assessment as the ballpark given over the phone was quite wide. Once complete the assessment came well under the top estimate so the customer was happy.

The manufacturer parts were not available so we were able to locate an almost identical clasp for much less than the original part and with no compromise on quality.

We fitted a new battery and sealed the case for the customer. They were unaware the watch had stopped. A new clasp, battery, seal and external clean all came well under the top estimate originally discussed on the phone. As you can see from the photos the polish really sets of the watch and makes a huge difference.
