This customer filled in one of our assessment forms online and after talking with a technician decided to send the watch in via the post to have it repaired. Once received the watch was assessed and the customer was called to advised that the watch would also benefit from a quick clean and polish as well as a new battery. This service was offered at a discounted price as they were already having a new glass fitted.

The new glass arrived in less than a week and the repair was complete very quick. A call to the customer to take payment over the phone and the watch was back in the post on its way back.
