This customer found us online and filled in our assessment form. A technician made contact to discuss the watch repair needs. The customer was very happy and decided to send the watch in to our Leicester workshop.

Once the watch arrived the workshop performed a full assessment and confirmed the findings with the customer to ensure they were happy to proceed. The workshop ordered a new movement, while waiting for the movement to arrive the case and bracelet were cleaned and lightly polished to make the watch shine once again. The new movement was fitted and the watch was time tested. All complete in under a week and ready to be sent back.
