Michael Kors MK 5191 watch in for Battery, Resealing and a Clean from Cambridge.
This MK watch arrived in with the morning parcels. It was due to have a battery and reseal as per the discussion with the customer over the phone. A nice, easy and convenient service for this customer from Cambridge. We completed the work and called the customer to advise an additional clean to make it look nice on the wrist. The customer agreed and they got the clean half price because they were having other work done.
This watch was back in the post the same day and the customer should be able to wear it the very next day.
