Police watch 13887M in for a bracelet repair, battery and a clean from Burntisland, Fife

This Police watch was sent in to us from Fife for repair. Initially the customer had enquired how much a new bracelet would be and it was more than they were willing to pay, after questioning why they wanted a new bracelet it became clear that we were able to make repairs to the existing parts and also meant we were able to save this customer a fair amount.

Once we received the watch we also advised a clean to help aid the longevity of the repair and to give the watch a new lease of life.

We noticed that the case back of the watch was also not on correctly and this appeared to be a result of a poor quality repair previously, the customer made the decision to complete a further repair to rectify this issue and now the watch has a new 12 month guarantee.

All the above was done 1 day and parcelled up ready to go back to the customer.
