Pulsar watch VD53 X220 in for hand repair and battery from Cambridge.

This Pulsar watch was sent in to us from Cambridge using our quick and easy postal service. The customer filled out our simple assessment form from the contact us page. The watch had two hands loose inside the dial they needed re-attaching. We sent the customer the relevant details and they popped the watch in the post to our workshop.

Once received we confirmed the necessary repairs and the customer decided to get a new battery at the same time as having the other repair complete. After completing the repair the watch went through a quality control check (which passed) and was promptly back in the post to the customer ready to be worn again.
