This Rotary watch arrived in with workshops post after the customer found us online and filled in a quick assessment for. A quick initial chat gave the customer all the confidence they needed to send the watch in.
A quick assessment in the workshop confirms our initial thoughts and also highlights two other issues, the case back was bent along with the 12 and 9 marker being loose in the dial. Advised the necessary repairs and completed all the work in just 3 days. The repairs included a service, new glass, dial feature attach and reshaping the case back. Nice quick service for this customer.
