Rotary watch GB 77835/32 12122 in for a Service from Whittlesey, Peterborough.

Originally this Rotary watch was in for a new battery and sealing which we completed. The watch did not pass our quality control test as it was losing time. We tested the movement and found that it was not functioning correctly so we advised the customer the watch needed to be serviced. We opted to replace the movement completely as this offers the customer speed and actually saves them money. It is the quickest and easiest solution. As a result we were able to complete the repair within 24hrs of the customer proceed and able to arrange post back within 48hrs.

We cleaned the externals of the watch free of charge to finish the repair off.
