A lovely Longines watch in for repair. We fitted a new battery, sealed the watch and cleaned the externals. This watch was sent to us on Thursday, the watch was repaired on Friday and back on the customers wrist by Saturday. Super quick watch repairs with quality service and all guaranteed.
This customer contacted us via our website and the watch has stopped working correctly. This watch has a low battery indicator, the second hand stops ticking every second and starts to skip. However, the watch will continue to tell the correct time this function is just to let the customer’s know that the battery needs to be replaced. This watch was skipping so we advised the battery & reseal repair. Upon arrival we confirmed these details with the customer and they were happy to proceed with this and the clean. We replaced the case back gasket completely as it was damaged. We stock most size O rings for watches.
